Daily Routine
When to take your capsules
Morning Routine & Breakfast
Begin your morning with steady portion balance. Taking your capsules before your first substantial meal primes your digestion and prevents mid-morning grazing at work.
Midday Lunchtime Support
Midday is often when afternoon cravings begin to build. Taking the capsules before your lunch helps you feel satisfied with sensible, wholesome portions that keep you going until dinner.
Evening Dinner & Night Cravings
Late-evening kitchen trips are one of the biggest hurdles when managing body composition. Taking your serving before dinner ensures your stomach feels comfortably full well into the night.
Safety & Compatibility
Is this satiety supplement suitable for you?
This is for you if…
-
You struggle to feel satisfied after standard meals and frequently look for second portions.
-
You experience frequent evening cravings and want to curb late-night fridge visits.
-
You are seeking a natural slimming appetite suppressant that is completely free from stimulating ingredients.
-
You are a busy professional who finds themselves mindless grazing between meals throughout the working day.
Consult a Professional First If…
-
You have difficulty swallowing or narrowing of the oesophagus, due to the swelling nature of glucomannan.
-
You do not drink sufficient water, as soluble fibres require substantial fluid to pass safely into the stomach.
-
You are pregnant or breastfeeding, requiring prior guidance from an appropriate healthcare professional.
-
You are taking oral prescription medication simultaneously, as concentrated fibre can alter absorption timings.
-
Hydration is Vital: Always consume this product with at least one to two large glasses of water (minimum 250ml). Never swallow dry or with inadequate liquid, as the expanding fibre presents a choking hazard for individuals with swallowing difficulties.
-
Medication Timing: Because soluble dietary fibre can slow down the transit and absorption of oral medicines, take any prescription medication at least one hour before or two hours after taking your capsules.
-
Legal Notice: This product is a food supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and an active, healthy lifestyle. Glucomannan contributes to weight reduction in the context of an energy-restricted diet when consumed daily in three 1g doses alongside 1 to 2 glasses of water before meals.
Frequently asked questions
What are appetite control capsules and how do they work?
Appetite control capsules are food supplements formulated with glucomannan, a soluble dietary plant fibre. When swallowed with plenty of water ahead of meal times, the fibre absorbs liquid in the digestive tract and gently swells into a smooth gel. This physical presence occupies volume in your stomach, helping you feel comfortably full much sooner and encouraging smaller, controlled portion sizes.
How quickly do the capsules begin to take effect?
The physical action happens shortly after consumption. As soon as the capsules reach your stomach and interact with water, the fibre begins to expand over 15 to 30 minutes. That is why taking them approximately half an hour before your breakfast, lunch, or dinner produces the most noticeable feeling of fullness.
Why is it essential to drink plenty of water with each serving?
Because glucomannan has high water-holding capacity, it requires ample fluid to travel smoothly down the oesophagus and expand safely within the stomach cavity. Swallowing these natural appetite suppressant pills without adequate water carries a choking risk. We recommend taking each dose with one to two large glasses of fresh water.
Will these capsules give me jittery feelings or disrupt sleep?
No, they are completely stimulant free appetite control aids. There is no added caffeine, guarana, or synthetic stimulants inside the formula. The mechanism is entirely mechanical and fibre-based, meaning you can take them before evening meals without worrying about restlessness, palpitations, or interrupted sleep.
Can I combine these capsules with other slimming supplements?
Yes, many customers use these food cravings control supplements alongside other products in their routine. Always check combined labels and consult your doctor if you take medication.
How long will one bottle last me?
Supply duration depends on how many meals you choose to support each day. When taken before your two or three main daily meals as directed on the packaging label, a standard bottle provides consistent satiety assistance across your typical monthly dietary routine.
