Very happy with the results so far, I’m about 2 weeks in and I have a very noticeable reduction in my appetite
I didn’t feel it so much in the first few days and I was advised to really increase my water intake and eat more protein and it really did help a lot
I have no problems or side effects and am eating much less than I usually would. I am struggling to finish my meals and this is rare for me lol
I’m finding my clothes are a lot looser and I am losing inches and seeing a change in my waist
