In contact with water, Glucomannan expands and can absorb up to 50 times its weight, this is how it makes you feel full. Combined with chromium it also supports the maintenance of normal blood glucose concentrations and contributes to normal macronutrient (fat, protein and carbohydrate) metabolism.

How does it work?

When consumed, Glucomannan fibre sponges up water in the digestive tract, making you feel full and reducing the absorption of carbs and cholesterol. It helps calm cravings and supports better control over snacking and portion sizes .

How to use

Take 2 capsules up to 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals, with 1-2 full glasses of water.

We recommend 6 Capsules per day for optimal use
