• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Supplements that have been opened or used cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

• We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages.
4. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
• Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as the order has been dispatched a tracking number will be sent via shipping confirmation email. We aim to dispatch deliveries within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders placed on the weekends or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day.
