We all have goals. In many forms. They are our dreams and aspirations. It when it come to health and fitness goals, they can be a bit of a minefield. So you want to lose 4 stone. This is great, but this is a very big goal and in fact can seem quite daunting, it’s a mountain to climb and sometimes set ourselves up to fail before we start.

Be specific

Let’s get down to the nitty gritty, why do you want to react that goal. To feel better about yourself, be able to look in the mirror and be proud, to be able to have kids. You get where I’m going.

Break them down

Set yourself smaller goals, this will keep you motivated to keep going to the bigger goal. And don’t just concentrate and the number goal. Make sure you have some none scale goals as well.

Set a date

When do you want to achieve it by and why? What’s important about that date. I want you to do this before you start, once it’s done, go smash those goals Babe!
