All shipping times and duty & customs charges displayed are approximate. If customs charges occur, you, the buyer are 100% responsible for the fees. We, are not responsible for customs charges and have no influence on local customs and the time needed for packages to pass through customs.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as the order has been dispatched a tracking number will be sent via shipping confirmation email. We aim to dispatch deliveries within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders placed on the weekends or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day.

Our Order Delivery & Returns Policy

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, We would request that you send your order back to us direct within 14 working days and could also fill out the contact us form so we can plan ahead.
We will not be liable for damage after the 14 day period.

Delivery

Upon receiving your order we will dispatch all products within 2 days.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 5 days, please fill in the contact us form and we will investigate and assist you ASAP.
We send all orders to the address supplied to us by recorded / signed for.
So if your order does not reach you or is delivered elsewhere we will happily supply you the tracking details so you can take up the query with Royal Mail direct which you can do within a 30 day period.

Refund / Exchanges

If your order arrives and you have changed your mind or simply don’t want the products.
We would please ask you to fill out the contact us form and describe your request.
Then please send back the items in the original packaging within 14 working days.
All products must be resalable and natural beauty slimming can’t not take responsibly for return items not reaching us so please send via recorded delivery.
