I have used this since 2015 can’t believe it’s 10 years!
First tried it after my daughter was born and I lost 4.5 stone. Then again after I had my twins in 2000 I lost 7 stone and now I have been back on it as I’m 40 this year and want to hit my 10 stone goal which I know I will. You guys are the best and the support is unmatched.
Shout out to Nicola who is always so kind and helpful. You are a star.
