Overall a really great product, the directions say to add 250ml water but I always add 500ml as the taste isn’t too pleasant with 250 but that’s my personal preference. Gives loads of energy, only been taking it for a couple of days but hopefully it’ll have some results with my weight! Cherry flavour is lovely.
