It’s my first time using these, I started on Sunday, it’s now Wednesday so I’ve used 3 patch’s I’ll be putting my fourth on today and I’ve lost 6lb!! These totally kill my appetite. The past two days I’ve ate breakfast of fruit, Greek yogurt, honey and dark chocolate approx 6.30am and I’ve not ate anything until my evening meal about 6.30pm….and I’ve only ate something because I know I need to eat not because I’m hungry. I’d 100% recommend these. My next order will be juice, the tablets for bloating and some of these. Amazing.
