Ferne McCann discusses The Only Way Is Essex return as show prepares to mark it’s 10th anniversary. Ferne McCann has opened up on a return to The Only Way Is Essex, three years after her departure. The 28 year old left the hit ITVBe series after in 2016 after three years on the show.
However, she has now exclusively revealed whether she’d head back after Sam Faiers claimed the original cast members could return to celebrate the show’s tenth anniversary. When asked if she’d make her grand return to mark 10 years of TOWIE, Ferne told OK! online: “If they were doing a big anniversary show then 100 per cent, of course.
However, Ferne revealed that she wouldn’t return as a full-time cast member. She continued: “Would I return if it wasn’t the anniversay? No hard feelings, but I probably wouldn’t.
“I do feel like that chapter of my life has completely closed and the show has evolved so much since I have been on it. I don’t really know anyone on the show anymore.” Ferne’s friend Sam started rumours that a 10 year special episode was on it’s way, telling The Sun: “Ten years this September is my first TOWIE show. ITV should do a reunion for ten years.
Discussing if Mark Wright and Lauren Goodger could come face to face on camera, Sam continued: “Lauren and Mark was so many years ago. “It’s all water under the bridge now and I’m sure they would both be fine.”
