Chicken breasts or thighs
Lemons or lemon juice
Wholemeal bread
Fry Light

Marinate the chicken in lemon juice and garlic.

Use Wholemeal bread to make breadcrumbs.

Dip the marinated chicken in a whisked egg and then coat them in the breadcrumbs.

Place on baking tray and spray with Fry Light to make them crispy.

Cook for 20 minutes.

to make the accompanying potato wedges, chop potatoes into wedges place on baking tray.  Spray with Fry Light and cook in the oven for minutes or until brown. 

Sevice with a salad.
