1 cup baby lettuce leaves, chopped
1 cup of cucumber, chopped
150g of ham, torn
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 small tomatoes, quartered
1 tablespoon of diced beetroot
Chop ingredients and add into a large mixing bowl. Delicately toss until well combined.
Serve on a plate with the halved boiled eggs and a sprinkling of black pepper.
