Harley Pasternak, who is currently working with Kim’s sister Khloe Kardashian on E!’s Revenge Body season two, said that there’s one key exercise that’s going to maximise your chances of getting a Kim K booty. The things we do for a perky glutes… The 43-year-old PT is famous for working with a whole host of celebs to help get their bodies in tip top shape, including the likes of Ariana Grande, Charlie Puth, Rihanna and Katy Perry. But when it comes to spilling the beans on who is the laziest celeb to work out with, Harley – who worked with Kim throughout her second pregnancy to Saint – insists all of his clients are equally as motivated. ‘Everybody we work with is an entertainer and makes a living on being a public persona.
They all have motivation, they’re all in the public eye. One’s not more motivated than the other,’ he says. ‘That’s the great thing about our practice and the people we work with and why I love working with people in the public eye is they’re naturally motivated. ‘We all want to look better and feel better but life gets in the way.
My job isn’t to motivate somebody it’s not to say don’t you want to look great and feel great – no of course idiot, we all do! ‘My job is to problem solve for all the issues that stop them from wanting to look and feel great and actually doing something about it.’ And while we’re not quite sure we can believe that there has not been one famous face that has thrown a gym-related tantrum (we’ve got our money on Rihanna), judging by the results Harley has been getting from his contestants during Revenge Body, he certainly does know how to whip anyone with varying levels of motivation into shape.
