Ingredients
1 Basa fish fillet
1 red pepper
3 cabbage leaves (torn)
3 red cabbage leaves (cut into strips)
1 carrot (cut into strips)
1teaspoon of soy sauce
1 dash of black pepper
Mixed herbs
Garlic

Method
Fry the Basa fish in a frying pan for 5 – 7 minutes, seasoning with herbs and garlic.

Pre-heat a wok with oil. Add in all of the vegetables and cook on a low heat. all ingredients in a skillet and cook on a stove top flame low heat until vegetables are soft.

Serve the Basa fish with the stir-fried vegetables.
