This recipe for baked oats can be adapted for a sweet or savoury dish!

80g oats
2 eggs
1 pot of miller lite or fat-free plain yoghurt
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of Canderal
100g blueberries

Preheat your oven to 200c/Fan 180c/Gas 6

Mix the oats, eggs, yoghurt, Canderal and blueberries together in a bowl and stir well.

Transfer the oat mixture to a small ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

Serve fresh from the oven.
